I began Copper Kerf to support my entrepreneurial spirit and lifelong love of invention. I love coming up with unique solutions to challenging problems, and every day we work hard to be supportive of the creative process.

Whether enhancing tried and true designs or implementing new visions - our proven equipment array: extrusion, metallization, PSA coating, thermal and adhesive laminating, and UV coatings offers true flexibility in design and manufacturing. The capability to make film, coat paper and film, laminate foil, and offer enhanced chemical coatings, gives us vertical integration unique in the market. Combine these capabilities with finishing equipment such as slitting, rewinding, sheeting, die cutting, and perforation makes the finished product available to market quicker with the ease of integration. With over 3,000,000 pounds of inventory including resin film, foil More... and paper at our immediate disposal, clients can be assured that we can prototype and provide quick turnaround which is so important in today's fast moving market. During the ISO certified manufacturing process, our onsite quality control consists of analytical, microscopy, and accelerated aging to insure quality and consistency.


 Griff development team has expertise in all types of industrial applications which give our experts diverse knowledge to create solutions for new development work. A few of our latest accomplishment include specialty laminates for solar and aerospace, UV coatings for light management, and specialty micro embossed films.

 Primus Aerospace operates 7 days/week, 24 hours/day. We manufacture over 500 products and assemblies each month ranging from volumes of 1 - 50,000. Our operation generates more than 500,000 lbs. of finished products every month, and we recycle over 95% of our excess alloys totaling an additional 500,000 additional lbs. of metal recycled each year.


 Primus Aerospace actively participates in programs to preserve our world's limited resources and promotes practices to save our planet's resources.
