Custom profile plastic extrusions extruded to precision tight tolerance. American Extruded Plastics can extrude both co and tri extrusion profiles from most thermoplastics.


Custom pipe or tube plastic extrusions from .020" OD to 10"OD using both single screw and twin screw extruders. American Extruded Plastics can extrude from paper thin to very heavy wall thickness.

Our equipment ranges More... from a very small 1" - 24:1 single screw extruder to a 500 pound per hour twin screw extruder. We are very comfortable extruding single plastic materials or co extrusion or tri extrusion of both tubing or profile shaped plastic parts.


 Our on staff engineers can assist with design problems using both 2D and full 3D CAD (Solidworks) systems. All of our extrusion tooling is built to our specification within our company. Our goal is to build tooling that will last for many years making perfect plastic parts. Twenty four hours per day we are here extruding many different parts for hundreds of great customers.
