Franklin Sheet Metal was established in 1953, making us one of the oldest metal fabricators in New England. Since then, we've continued to keep pace with the ever-changing needs of our customers, adding state-of-the-art equipment and streamlining processes based on knowledge and experience. In 2020, Franklin Sheet Metal joined the Potentia family of companies in order to expand our capabilities and provide cost-saving, synergistic opportunities for our customers.

In addition to contract machining, we manufacture a wide range of welding tips, nozzles and parts, including our CCZ long-life welding tip. The CCZ tip, made of a copper chrome zirconium alloy, More... can extend tip life up to four times in robotic welding settings. This extra life adds valuable production time, by avoiding shutdowns for unscheduled tip changes.

Swiss Labs Machine & Engineering, Inc.

Swiss Labs is a privately owned screw machine shop (Swiss/CNC) that is located in central Indiana. Swiss Labs Machine & Engineering was founded and incorporated in April of 2004. Due to the sustained growth of the business over the past 14 years, we were able to construct a 10,000 sq.ft. facility in 2009 with enough acreage to double in size when needed.
