Long known as a premier supplier of masking tapes, caps and plugs, CFS routinely works with custom powder and e-coaters, OEMs and suppliers to solve their most complex masking issues. Custom die cuts, kitting, sheeting, perforating, multi-layer laminations, zone adhesive, island placement, kiss cutting are offered on most of our extensive library of materials. We have added printing capabilities to our state-of-the-art Delta ModTech die cutting machine which is located in our ISO Class 7 Clean Room. We can design silicone, EPDM and vinyl caps and plugs to mask threads, pems, voids and holes to ensure efficient and clean finishes after powder coating, E-coating, anodizing and plating.


Pressure sensitive adhesives can help reduce costs, improve production efficiencies and simplify your assembly process. To make sure you are getting the best product, we ensure that you receive the correct adhesive, carrier and liner to meet your requirements. We work closely with you to balance cost and performance. More... CFS is among an elite group of 3M's Preferred Converters. As such, we have access to their entire portfolio of industrial and medical tape products. We have 3M products in stock for immediate shipment or can source a specific tape.


 Custom Fabricating & Supplies has multiple ways to produce your custom die cuts. The die cutting method is determined by volume and lead time required. We utilize rotary die cutting, steel rule, dieless knife cutting, and precision die cutting. We offer low cost tooling and have the capacity to handle any size order from 1 to 10,000,000 pieces. With the addition of a Delta high speed rotary machine, CFS can handle the most complex, tight-tolerance jobs!


 CFS manufactures custom gaskets from materials such as silicone rubber, EPDM, Poron®, Santoprene®, RN-8011 and Viton®. We can source the gasket material or use your customer-supplied materials. Our in-house engineering team will work with you to ensure the perfect fit for your custom gasket needs. In addition to custom gasket making capabilities, CFS offers large format cutting and adhesive laminating services. We can easily provide kiss-cutting or split liners for your gaskets requiring an adhesive backing.
