Standby Screw produces a wide range of custom-designed parts to exact customer specifications, using technically advanced equipment and processes. Form tools and programs are created internally, utilizing computer-assisted design and sophisticated EDM machines. Most fixtures and special gages are also designed and produced internally. This flexible, in-house capability allows us to manufacture and deliver finished parts in any quantity you need - on a timely, cost-effective basis. 


Standby Screw's quality system is registered to the ISO 9002 standard. With us, quality control is constant and uncompromising. All manufacturing operations are approved prior to production runs. Every part is tested at each stage of manufacturing, and our customers' critical characteristics are monitored using SPC. Finally, all parts are carefully inspected prior to release, using the latest metrology equipment to ensure accuracy.
