Versatility Tool Works is located in Alsip, IL and is a leader in the manufacture of precision tooling and sheet metal products. Established in 1972 as primarily a tool and die operation, the companys product line has grown into one of the most diverse in the industry.

 With our continual investment into todays technology, innovations in our processes continue to streamline our custom design work. Our Amada C1 Punch Laser is an automated, "lights out" blanking system which provides Versatility Tool with a seamless integration process of laser and punching operations of materials up to 1/4" thick. Innovative features include: integrated hole tapping; die lift stations to minimize scratching during forming; an automated parts remover; and an automated sheet loading system. The new machine's capabilities not only provide a fast track from print to product, but also eliminate many costly secondary operations.
