Pioneer Service provides precision machining services for mid and high volume orders of CNC Swiss turned components, with over 30 machines on their production floor, they can handle complex features and tight tolerance work for parts with ODs (outside diameters) from .050" to 2.66" (and tolerances to within+/- .0005").


They offer in-house centerless grinding services to meet tolerances to +/- .0001" and provide light assembly capabilities. They work with a verified network of certified partners to provide a wide range of finishing services including anodizing, black oxide, bead blast, plating, thread rolling, heat treating, passivation, electropolishing, laser marking and more.


Materials they work with include aluminum, brass, copper, carbon steel, steel alloys, stainless steel and thermoplastics. Most of their work starts with round bar stock, but they can also run hexagon and tube stock.
