Rearick Tooling/JIT

Since 1982 Rearick Tooling has been meeting the needs of our customer, by providing carbide tooling, and precision grinding. In 2002 JIT global enterprise was opened to provide further solutions in prototype and production stamping along with fabrication capability. Both companies were merged in 2014 to create a very robust business with four business units, tool making, machining, stamping and fabrication.


- Stamping services include - designs and build of progressive dies, high speed, and small lot stampings.


- Fabrication services include - laser cutting, water jet cutting, 30-ton to 175-ton press brake capability with tig, mig and stick welding and powder coating to complete projects.


- Tool making services include - wire EDM, Conv. EDM, ID/OD grinding, jig grinding, precision grinding of steel, or carbide materials.


- Machining services include - CNC turning/mill up to 5axis, CNC machine centers with 3D profiling, in low or high volume runs.---recent acquitions include DMG 60 5 axis More... machining.


 The stamping and fabrication site is an ISO and ITAR certified facility and provides the necessary controls and documentation to meet your requirements. Rearick Tooling/JIT has over 50 employees with an average service of 12 years. We can work from customer supplied drawings or files in most formats and design services in AutoCAD or Solid Works.

EDM Intelligent Solutions

EDMIS offers CNC Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) services, including Wire EDM, Sinker EDM, EDM Hole Drilling, and Laser Ablation, along with Micro Milling and Precision Grinding. Our 3D Industrial Metrology systems and services offer unique automated inspection capabilities for the most challenging measurement applications.
