Ultimate Hydroforming began in 1979 as strictly a Hydroforming source. Over the years we have grown to become a complete sheet metal forming and fabricating source. Today we maintain a diverse customer base. 


Ultimate Hydroforming is a woman owned corporation offering 5-axis laser cutting, CMM Inspection services, stamping, fabrication, welding and deep drawn products. We manufacture an assortment of brackets, heatshields, chasis parts and turbine engine details. We have extensive background working with materials ranging from AKDQ to exotics, such as Inconel and Hastalloy. Our two modern facilities contain a complete shop with the necessary personnel, tools and equipment to do the quality work in design, engineering, tooling and manufacturing. With over 55,000 square feet and room for expansion we are committed to your projects.

Wire Cut Co. manufacturers wire EDM machining wire parts to your exact EDM process applications. Our history starts with only one wire EDM machine, a programming system and 150 sq. feet of electrical discharge machining services office space, Milton M. Thomas founded Wire Cut Company in November 1978. The demand for our electrical discharge services was overwhelming. In October of 1979, Wire Cut made its first move giving room for our first employee and the addition of a second electrical discharge machining services equipment. After incorporation in 1981, Wire Cut was up for a tough year in 1982. Although our sales growth was 35%, banks were telling us there was a recession and were reluctant to finance growth in such a young company. Wire Cut was too busy to participate in a recession that year. By 1983, we out grew our facilities and expanded down the street where we would stay for 13 years. Business continued to boom and by 1986 with 24 team members we had acquired a total of 10 wire More... EDM machining centers, 6 conventional EDM_x0092_s and added machining to support our tooling. From 1987 to 1989, Wire Cut was busy with the expanding Aerospace electrical discharge machining industry. Our contracts with General Electric and other companies led the way to add more wire EDM_x0092_s, high speed EDM drilling and CNC machining centers. Our employee count reached 34 and we had increased our leasing space to 8000 sq. ft. At Brinkman Precision, parts production takes place on new state-of-the-art equipment. Brinkman Precision maintains five core competencies; these include turning, grinding, vertical machining, in-house heat treating and electrical discharge machining (EDM). Our expertise is dealing with challenging materials such as L605, Hast-X, inconel, monel and stainless. Brinkman Precision and affiliates can turn products with a length to diameter ratio of over 30:1 and with overall lengths up to forty inches. Our grinding expertise includes crush grinding, surface grinding, match grinding, outside diameter grinding and inside diameter grinding to tolerances within 10 millionths of an inch. Our vertical machining capabilities are superb as we have a great deal of experience with complicated fixtures and highly restrictive tolerances. Brinkman Precision_x0092_s heat treating capabilities are conducted with two vacuum, aerospace certified furnaces capable of brazing and other More... heat-treating programs. Brinkman Precision also maintains a robust assortment of EDM wire, hole-sinking and popper style machines to complement the primary turning, grinding and vertical machining activities.
