Astro Machine Works was founded in 1984 in Ephrata, Pennsylvania with a clear vision: to serve the custom machinery and precision parts needs of the area's top regional and national companies. Even through our early lean years, we tried to focus on business that fit within our vision and was selective in terms of who we worked with and the type of work we performed. Today, we do everything in-house. We manufacture and assemble custom flowformed metal parts and components using a variety of methods, including our state-of-the-art FlowformingPlus processes that deliver unrivaled customization and quality. PMF offers concept-to-completion custom manufacturing with full engineering consultation by professionals intimately familiar with flowforming, hot spinning, deep drawing and press forming, welding, machining and EDM, heat treating, laser cutting, More... hydroforming, finishing and chemical processing, engineering consultation, research and development, turnkey manufacturing, and non-destructive testing (NDT).

Straton offers complex machining and assemblies at a competitive delivery. Our industry concentration is Aircraft OEM, Space, FAA- Repair (XTRR859K) and Semiconductor tooling and assemblies.

We offer lights out 5 axis pallet machining for production runs. Other capabilities: Wire and Sinker EDM, Jig Grinding, and Clean assembly.
