O'Neal Manufacturing Services (OMS) is a supplier of fabricated steel components and welded assemblies. Our primary focus is to help original equipment manufacturers (OEM) who are seeking a partner to manufacture standard or complex parts, streamline in-house production, and produce locally at or below targeted costs. Specializing in parts that originate from medium to heavy gauge steel plate, we have the skill, expertise, and state-of-the-art equipment to produce complex parts with tight tolerances with precision and accuracy.

 Complex metal fabrication includes CNC angle lines, tube processing, plasma cutting, laser cutting, oxy-fuel cutting, punching, metal forming, machining, welding, Kanban management, kitting & assembly, precision leveling, laser welding, robotic welding, tube laser cutting, special profiles, metal sawing, blasting, finishing, painting and powder coating.


 By design, all OMS plant locations are in, or near, major manufacturing hubs, such as Pittsburgh, Indianapolis, Monterrey, Houston, Indianapolis, Louisville, Greensboro, and Cedar Falls, allowing single day travel to coordinate project development and/or face-to-face meetings. Each location is ISO 9001: 2015 certified and contains a base package of equipment, with knowledgeable staff to support multi-step processing of steel plate fabrication and contract metal manufacturing. Some facilities have specialty equipment after years of supporting geographic concentrations of industry; others have become advanced by aligning with a single customer. Davis Machine and Fabricating Company

Davis Machine was founded in Birmingham Alabama in 1954 by Doug Davis, in a garage with only 400 square feet and one employee. We did steel mill related work for local foundries. Mr. Davis was joined by his sons Mike and Jeff Davis in their early youth.


In 1986, Davis Machine moved to Calera, Alabama into a 12,000 square foot facility and had 12 employees.


As the demand for quality work increased, it became necessary to expand and we purchased large CNC and conventional equipment, as well as 38,000 additional square feet. While we are still located at Calera, we have continued to prosper under the management of the Davis Brothers. We now have five buildings with total square footage of 50,000 and a sand/paint building. We have a crane capacity of 50 tons.


Today Davis Machine is engaged in contract manufacturing of custom engineered products requiring machining, fabrication and assembly.
