Established in 1986, All Tool Manufacturing located itself in the greater Hamilton area of Southern Ontario to service customers in the U.S. and in Canada.

Our facility is a modern 18,000 sq. ft. plant from which we provide quality components and engineered solutions for a diverse range of customers in the energy, automotive, electronics, defense and many other industries.

All Tool spent significant time in the automotive industry and as time progressed, diversified itself into energy and research and development. For over 35 years, we have stood out as a premier solution in designing and producing many specialty tools and machinery. In 2010 Automated Assembly Inc. was incorporated by Tiercel Technology Corp to manage the contract assembly and is vertically integrated to assist its customers who require machined metal, cut, and/or formed in repetitive equipment manufacturing, proof of concept, design for manufacturing assistance, bill of materials validation, complete work instructions, quality assurance test plans and competitive global sourcing. Lot traceability and serialization is also available through the enterprise resource planning system thus allowing Automated Assembly Inc to maximize quality control by tracking of raw materials through their receipt, manufacture, assembly, test/inspection, inventory stocking and final distribution while maintaining quality assurance certification and the ability to track expirations and warranties. Automated Assembly Inc. can manage logistics locally or globally. Automated Assembly Inc also offers value-added services such as welding, painting and assembled components and is experienced in medical diagnostics, patient handling systems, pharmaceutical dispensing, kiosks, powered and medical carts, robots, LED lighting, packaging equipment, solar energy and industrial equipment assembly.
