Our foundry has always worked to enhance its know-how giving it the possibility to produce complex parts from steel and iron with an even more controlled and efficient process. With more than 100 different alloys, we can offer you superior efficiency when it’s a question of offering a better resistance to abrasion or impacts. With our machine shop, we offer machining for small or big parts either on conventional or CNC machines. We can also offer, with our welding shop, a general fabrication service as well as a repair/fabrication service for our screws and screw conveyors. We also have the pleasure to offer our customers a 24/7 service.

Castech Métallurgie

We have 75-year-experience machining, we do high-precision machining of class 1 parts. We can say we are quite specialized in big and complex parts.

With experience since 1947, Delta Vigo has 4 plants and an area of 100,000 m² to undertake - 100% in-house - all capital goods and flight component manufacturing processes in extensive capacity facilities and a state-of-the-art machinery park. 2 plants are specialized in process engineering and mechanical design, including industrial automation and robotics for the integration of production lines of highly complex production processes. The other 2 centers of excellence are dedicated to the manufacture and inspection of flight components (titanium, aluminium and special steels) and OoA composites production with our improved processes in RTM and LRI.
