Watry Industries utilizes technology to produce the best quality castings in the most efficient manner possible and is a major supplier to manufacturers around the country and the world. Our permanent mold process fits in between the high-pressure die.


Cast and sand casting methods with cost-effective tooling. While providing higher integrity castings with excellent repeatability. Lower annual quantities are generally served by sand casting, with cheaper tooling. While high volume is satisfied by high pressure die castings with extremely high tooling costs.


We offer permanent mold, semi-permanent mold tilt pour as well as low-pressure permanent mold.


CNC Machining


Your parts are heat treated, ground, inspected and fully machined to your exact More... specifications utilizing one of our high speed horizontal or vertical CNC machining centers.


 Powder Coating


 With our 7 stage wash system and new state of the art Paint Booth, we can paint the most demanding geometries and meet virtually any paint specification.


 We utilize fully automated paint guns for precise repeat-ability or manual guns for smaller production runs and color samples.


 Part and Tool Scanning


 We just added a scanning laser to verify sample parts or tooling to the 3D CAD model.


 With this tool, we can proactively monitor tool wear and reduce potential dimensional problems. Full capability for 3D digitizing, 3D modeling, point cloud inspection, reverse engineering etc.
