AccuCNC

AccuCNC is a contract CNC machining and production facility located in central Florida, serving customers nationwide. AccuCNC is a division of the Accubeam and Florida knife group of companies.


As the economic climate has changed, we saw a need in the market for machine shops that can focus on and deliver turn-key parts. Accu-CNC brings a capability mix that includes precision machining, surface grinding, laser cutting and engraving and finishing and continues to invest in people, processes and machines to deliver exceptional results for our customers.


Accu-CNC operates in a 14,000 sq ft. facility with office/conference space, temperature-controlled work areas and rack/skid space for customer material. We are uniquely positioned to take on small and large volume work with automation to drive costs down. The shipping/receiving department has the equipment and experience to handle, pack/ship and store any size job order. We ship/receive using any carrier including UPS, fedex, old dominion More... and others.

Accubeam Laser Marking uses state-of-the-art laser technology to mark almost any material. These markings can range from basic alpha numeric information and bar codes to highly detailed logos and designs.


Accubeam's unique laser marking systems allows us to work with both in process components and fully fabricated assemblies so we can help you at any stage of your production cycle. Our strict quality control program ensures that your parts and products are properly handled and inspected at every step.


In addition to direct part marking we offer ID and UID plates and labels. Plates can be cut to any size and shape, using any grade of aluminum or stainless steel and can be coated for better contrast. For label marking we laser engrave Tesa secure labels. These labels are high tech corrosion resistant and durable labels for use in harsh conditions.
