Engineering To maximize manufacturing economies, Buyken's staff of professional engineers works with our customer's designers to refine their concepts with a practical, cost-oriented approach. 


Production Buyken's punch-press capacity ranges from one to 250 tons. Our press brakes form flat metal into an unlimited degree of angles. To meet the increasing demand for complete products, our fabrication center incorporates welding technology (Robotic), machining and assembly. 


Quality Assurance To assure that products are made to exact customer specifications, Buyken engineers review each item during production and again after completion. 


We process More... aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, and carbon steel for aircraft OEM's, including fixed wing, helicopter, military, Space and many commercial applications.
