In addition to contract machining, we manufacture a wide range of welding tips, nozzles and parts, including our CCZ long-life welding tip. The CCZ tip, made of a copper chrome zirconium alloy, More... can extend tip life up to four times in robotic welding settings. This extra life adds valuable production time, by avoiding shutdowns for unscheduled tip changes.
