We manufacture and assemble custom flowformed metal parts and components using a variety of methods, including our state-of-the-art FlowformingPlus processes that deliver unrivaled customization and quality. PMF offers concept-to-completion custom manufacturing with full engineering consultation by professionals intimately familiar with flowforming, hot spinning, deep drawing and press forming, welding, machining and EDM, heat treating, laser cutting, More... hydroforming, finishing and chemical processing, engineering consultation, research and development, turnkey manufacturing, and non-destructive testing (NDT).

J & E MANUFACTURING is a multi-plant operation with over 225,000 square feet of production space to provide our customers with an extensive range of precision metal fabrication services.


Our in-house metal fabrication services include custom metal manufacturing capabilities from precision sheet metal components and machined parts, to elaborate, fully assembled, high-cosmetic liquid paint or powder coated complete units. With a core competency built to support a wide range of industries including medical, aerospace, commercial, agricultural and more, J & E has the capabilities to handle your precision metal fabrication projects with experience and excellence.

Gerding Enterprises

Gerding Enterprises, Inc. (GEI) specializes in metal parts machining and fabrication, including sheet metal fabrication and forming of very complex and tight tolerance parts. We are also able to build custom assemblies ranging from small to large per customer specifications. Known throughout the nation as one of the premier weld shops in the country, GEI is certified to weld aluminum, stainless steel, and steel. We have produced sheet metal parts on various military and commercial aircraft, as well as missiles through our proprietary spinning process.


GEI also does the commercial spinning for lighting and furniture customers. The spinning technique creates the ability to make several different applications of parts without having to take a solid ingot to machine through.
