TURBOCAM is a recognized world leader in 5-axis machining technology and has over 150 multi-axis milling machines producing prototype and production parts at 11 plants in 9 countries. We offer our expertise in 5-axis programming & milling of integrally bladed parts up to 1100mm such as: We offer our expertise in 5-axis programming and milling of integrally bladed parts up to 1,100mm such as: axial and centrifugal impellers, open and integrally shrouded blisks machined from solid forging, turbine impellers, compressor impellers, expander wheels, turbocharger impellers, pumps, stators, diffusers, nozzle rings and blocks, tri-pin segments, gas and steam turbine blades.


TURBOCAM's strength in software has helped to make prototyping a major emphasis of the company. We produce over 300 unique part designs per year and have grown into new areas of advanced part development for passenger jet aircraft engines and rocket engines.


TURBOCAM is ISO 9001:2008 certified for USA, UK, Romania, More... and India operations and flight qualified to AS9100:2004 in the USA and India, and to SBAC TS157 in the UK. We are also Nadcap certified for Coatings and Aerospace Quality System.
