Trinity Aerospace was founded in 2000 primarily as a sheet metal fabrication shop. Today we also offer the additional services of CNC machining and aerospace engineering services through our partner companies.  
In 2013 Trinity  Aerospace Corp. entered into a joint venture with Altitude Aerospace (engineering) to acquire DICI Industries (machining and assembly facility located in Montreal). In our 30,000 sq. ft. modern facility, located in Mississauga, we have state of the art equipment to fabricate simple or complex sheet metal parts up to 48″ x 144″ depending on part configuration.  

Trinity prides itself on a “quicker than normal” turnaround time and produces “one-off” and small to large production runs. Besides build to print, we also provide Design/Build solutions for prototype & certification.

Cyclone’s AS9100D certified quality system is utilized to ensure customer requirements are monitored and satisfied on a continual basis. This is achieved through communication with the quality management team as well as support from a highly experienced inspection department. A wide array of inspection equipment is available to monitor and verify the numerous processes taking place throughout Cyclone’s various facilities. This includes a world class layout floor for First Article Inspections (FAIs), an in-house chemical processing laboratory and a metrology department able to provide internal calibrations for an array of tools.
Cyclone’s internal quality department ensures that parts are manufactured to OEM specifications. CMM reports indicate precise dimensions and confirm that parts conform to customer requirements.

SUPPORTING THE AEROSPACE INDUSTRY FOR OVER 40 YEARS

Dès 2011, Figeac Aero débute sa production en zone « best cost » en Tunisie, c’est le début de la  mondialisation de la production. En parallèle, Figeac Aero se développe à proximité géographique de ses clients comme en Picardie avec la naissance de Figeac Aero Picardie, filiale destinée à accompagner son client Stelia Aerospace. En 2013, Figeac Aero entre en bourse sur le marché d’Alternext Paris pour se donner les moyens financiers de sa croissance.
Ainsi, au rythme des nouveaux contrats gagnés et dans le cadre d’une stratégie basée sur l’excellence industrielle à Figeac, la proximité clients et le développement en zone best cost et dollar, Figeac Aero rachète en 2014 un site industriel dans le Kansas aux Etats-Unis (Figeac Aero North America).
En 2015, cette stratégie conduit l’entreprise à créer des filiales au Maroc, au Mexique et à Saint-Nazaire. En 2016, Figeac Aero poursuit sa volonté de financer sa croissance vertueuse en procédant à une troisième augmentation de capital qui transfert l’entreprise sur le marché boursier d’Euronext compartiment B.
En Novembre 2016, Figeac Aero poursuit sa croissance en integrant SN Auvergne Aéronautique, le spécialiste reconnu pour la production de pièces de tôlerie et de chaudronnerie. Le Groupe est ainsi en mesure de proposer toutes les typologies de pièces aéronautiques en métal à ses clients. SN Auvergne Aéronautique compte 2 sites de production à Aulnat en France et à Casablanca au Maroc (Casablanca Aéronautique). En 2018, c'est le Groupe Tofer implanté dans la banlieue de Toulouse et en Roumanie qui intègre à son tour le Groupe Figeac Aero.
