We have 75-year-experience machining, we do high-precision machining of class 1 parts. We can say we are quite specialized in big and complex parts.

With experience since 1947, Delta Vigo has 4 plants and an area of 100,000 m² to undertake - 100% in-house - all capital goods and flight component manufacturing processes in extensive capacity facilities and a state-of-the-art machinery park. 2 plants are specialized in process engineering and mechanical design, including industrial automation and robotics for the integration of production lines of highly complex production processes. The other 2 centers of excellence are dedicated to the manufacture and inspection of flight components (titanium, aluminium and special steels) and OoA composites production with our improved processes in RTM and LRI.

DCM Group is one of the largest subcontractors of aerostructure parts and sub-assemblies in the province of Quebec and one of the three largest  manufacturers of aircraft maintenance / GSE tooling in the world.
Founded in 1987, DCM Aerospace (now a division of DCM Group) is one of the principal manufacturers and designer of aircraft maintenance tooling and ground support equipment in North America. Authorized manufacturer for Bombardier Aerospace and Boeing Commercial Airplane, DCM is also a manufacturer of spare parts, various component and subassemblies for Aerospace, Transport and other international industries.

Groupe Meloche fournit des composantes d’aérostructures et d’aéromoteurs aux fabricants d’équipement d’origine (FEO) et Tier-1, en adoptant une stratégie d’intégration verticale, incluant l’usinage de précision, le traitement de surface, la peinture, l’assemblage et les essais non destructifs. L’entreprise possède six sites de production, dont trois à Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, un à Bromont, un à Hemmingford et un autre à Montréal, ainsi qu’un centre d’administration et d’innovation situé à Beauharnois. Elle compte 500 employés et dispose d’un parc-machine moderne de plus de 60 centres d’usinage et de tournage CNC.
