JBK Manufacturing was founded in 1981 as a supplier of precision CNC machined parts and fabrications. Early on, the JBK commitment to quality and delivery was noticed by customers, and in 1987, the company was awarded a contract to manufacture lubrication jets for the innovative V-22 aircraft transmission. A supplier relationship that began with just one oil jet for a single platform quickly expanded to include the development and manufacture of close-tolerance, CNC machined parts for multiple aerospace customers.


By 1995, JBK's customer base had expanded to include a host of commercial and industrial markets. Since the beginning, JBK has seen many changes -- new technology, expanded capabilities, and increased capacity. JBK is now a Tier I supplier to multiple aerospace customers and serves a host of customers in defense, energy, oil, and paper industries. The one thing that has not changed since the beginning is our unwavering commitment to quality and delivery.


Recently JBK transitioned More... into an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). An ESOP is an IRC section 401(a) qualified defined contribution plan that is a stock purchase plan. The introduction of the ESOP provides a continuation of JBK's growth and customer service. It rewards employees for continuous years of service and promotes ownership of responsibilities and results.

Ultimate Hydroforming is a woman owned corporation offering 5-axis laser cutting, CMM Inspection services, stamping, fabrication, welding and deep drawn products. We manufacture an assortment of brackets, heatshields, chasis parts and turbine engine details. We have extensive background working with materials ranging from AKDQ to exotics, such as Inconel and Hastalloy. Our two modern facilities contain a complete shop with the necessary personnel, tools and equipment to do the quality work in design, engineering, tooling and manufacturing. At Brinkman Precision, parts production takes place on new state-of-the-art equipment. Brinkman Precision maintains five core competencies; these include turning, grinding, vertical machining, in-house heat treating and electrical discharge machining (EDM). Our expertise is dealing with challenging materials such as L605, Hast-X, inconel, monel and stainless. Brinkman Precision and affiliates can turn products with a length to diameter ratio of over 30:1 and with overall lengths up to forty inches. Our grinding expertise includes crush grinding, surface grinding, match grinding, outside diameter grinding and inside diameter grinding to tolerances within 10 millionths of an inch. Our vertical machining capabilities are superb as we have a great deal of experience with complicated fixtures and highly restrictive tolerances. Brinkman Precision_x0092_s heat treating capabilities are conducted with two vacuum, aerospace certified furnaces capable of brazing and other More... heat-treating programs. Brinkman Precision also maintains a robust assortment of EDM wire, hole-sinking and popper style machines to complement the primary turning, grinding and vertical machining activities.
