Alumistar Inc. is a locally owned and operated aluminum foundry located in Santa Fe Springs, California. 


Aluminum castings are made using four methods: permanent mold, permanent tilt mold, dry sand (no-bake) mold, and green sand mold. Castings made are used in commercial, sports, automotive, marine, government, aerospace, defense, and other applications. High-quality aluminum alloy is purchased in ingot form, melted, and then cast so that each component is produced to customer specifications. We offer you our foundry_x0092_s experienced and knowledgeable workforce to provide you with high quality cast aluminum components for your products. 


Pacific Cast Products has a full quality system in place. We are audited on a regular basis by our current customers that demand adherence to the AS9102 aerospace standard.
