Trinity Aerospace was founded in 2000 primarily as a sheet metal fabrication shop. Today we also offer the additional services of CNC machining and aerospace engineering services through our partner companies.  
In 2013 Trinity  Aerospace Corp. entered into a joint venture with Altitude Aerospace (engineering) to acquire DICI Industries (machining and assembly facility located in Montreal). In our 30,000 sq. ft. modern facility, located in Mississauga, we have state of the art equipment to fabricate simple or complex sheet metal parts up to 48″ x 144″ depending on part configuration.  

Trinity prides itself on a “quicker than normal” turnaround time and produces “one-off” and small to large production runs. Besides build to print, we also provide Design/Build solutions for prototype & certification.

Tube-Fab Ltd was founded in 1953. We are a manufacturing organization that specializes in delivering high quality Metal Fabrications and Assemblies. Including fluid delivery and structural systems, assemblies and components to a variety of industries for many different applications. We are able to offer a complete print to finished assembly service or provide individual processes and operations to complete your fabricated products. We manufacture products to exact customer specifications or participate in the design process. Our in house capabilities can manufacture products from start to finish, including inspection, validation and certification.

Cyclone’s AS9100D certified quality system is utilized to ensure customer requirements are monitored and satisfied on a continual basis. This is achieved through communication with the quality management team as well as support from a highly experienced inspection department. A wide array of inspection equipment is available to monitor and verify the numerous processes taking place throughout Cyclone’s various facilities. This includes a world class layout floor for First Article Inspections (FAIs), an in-house chemical processing laboratory and a metrology department able to provide internal calibrations for an array of tools.
Cyclone’s internal quality department ensures that parts are manufactured to OEM specifications. CMM reports indicate precise dimensions and confirm that parts conform to customer requirements.
