55 Industries, LLC

55 Industries manufactures precision aviation and space components in Southeast Florida. Specifically, we provide CNC precision machining, advanced wire EDM, 2, 3, 4, and 5-Axis CNC machining, turning solid model programming, and reverse engineering services. Currently, we are operating 14 milling centers with the most extensive 5-axis milling system in Southeast Florida, which can handle parts up to 30" X 60." We are known for our ingenuity and dependability, creating aerospace and space-qualified machine solutions for hard-to-manufacture items. We have demonstrated machining expertise for all types of metals/alloys, e.g., Invar, Super Invar, Inconel, Beryllium, Beryllium copper, surgical and tool steels, Stellite, Hastelloy, titanium and aluminum alloys, and many others. We are a long-time supplier of rocket and space components, currently producing over 100 unique parts for this tolerance-demanding industry. Our fully computerized, multi-axis milling, turning centers, and wire EDM departments More... produce very high tolerance machined parts time after time, on time, and every time.


 We use solid works (CAD System) to create our 3D models and write our CNC code, update drawing packages, create new drawings, and design testing equipment for the first article and production testing. We provide the upfront engineering of each part under contract for all customers, including the US government.

Electron Beam Engineering

Electron Beam Engineering provides precision electron beam and laser beam welding services throughout the United States and Europe, specializing in working with complex components. We are known for our outstanding quality and fast turnaround, and our technical staff is always available for consultation. We provide design assistance for all customers regarding their products including, but not limited to, the use of laser beam and electron beam welding. We are thankful for our hundreds of loyal customers, many of whom have been with us for over 15 years.
