For over 35 years, ThermOmegaTech has been a leader in the design and manufacture of self-actuating thermostatic temperature control technology. ThermOmegaTech serves a multitude of industries and, as a result, creates solutions for a wide range of applications. As the developers of highly reliable and cost-effective freeze valves for the railroad industry in 1983, ThermOmegaTech now provides the standard in freeze protection valves for this industry and now takes pride in protecting billions of dollars of equipment every year. In addition to solutions for the railroad industry, ThermOmegaTech valve technology is used in commercial plumbing, aerospace, defense and industrial applications where temperature control is critical. These include freeze protection, scald protection, steam traps, steam tracing, thermal relief, mixing and diverting, cooling fluid control, thermal bypass, balancing, drain tempering, tepid water delivery, and many other applications where ambient, fluid, or surface More... temperatures affect a system. Our mixing valves designs for both hot/cold water and steam/water applications have been incorporated into washdown stations for industrial cleaning and instantaneous hot water heaters and tepid water delivery systems for safety showers and combination face/eyewash stations. ThermOmegaTech is vertically integrated designing, machining, assembling, and testing/inspecting over 95% of our products on-site which allows us to communicate quickly and efficiently through every step of the product development cycle. Our state-of-the-art production facility is equipped with a dozen CNC turning and milling centers, 3 environmental chambers, 18 aqueous and hi-temp oil test baths, and a CMM machine to meet our customers time, cost, quality, and technical performance requirements. We offer custom design and manufacturing of self-actuated temperature control solutions, customized engineering and fabrication services to meet your project's specific needs while ensuring rapid responses and an individualized customer service experience. ThermOmegaTech is a subsidiary of Logue Family Holdings. LFH is also the proud owner of BBQ Guru, manufacturer of BBQ temperature controllers for charcoal grills and smokers, and TJM Electronics, a contract electronic manufacturer specializing in PCB assembly and electro-mechanical assembly. All the LFH companies share 40,000 square feet of manufacturing and office space, located about an hour outside of Philadelphia in Warminster, PA. We want our facility to be a great place for our people and for the environment which is why it is 75% powered by rooftop solar panels to help in reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. We are dedicated to AS9100D certified and RoHS and REACH compliant on required projects. ThermOmegaTech also adheres to California Proposition 65 requirements and our products are distributed and used worldwide.
