Place Manufacturing Incorporated was founded on supplying machined and fabricated solutions to projects where a more specialized approach is required. With almost 20 years industrial design experience and problem solving we can offer the solutions and fresh thinking to ensure your project stays on track. Having been in the product industry we understand the challenges that growing companies face. We offer a competitive approach to product manufacturing to help you keep your product costs low without high investments required for high volumes the product may have not reached yet. CNC MACHINING - 9x Milling machines (3, 4 and 5 axis) - milling capabilities up to 32'' x 64'' bed - 3x Lathes (one with live tooling) - turning capabilities from 1/4'' to 24'' dia. SHEET METAL - Sheet metal expertise - Bending - Welding and welded assemblies - Powder coat oven of 8' x 6' - PEM Nuts insert machine - Stainless steel expertise OTHER - We can manage complex product assemblies; - Product designing from engineering staff; We are interested to answer your needs from prototypes up to production runs. We have a direct partner with CWB steel and aluminium certifications (CSA W47.1 andCSA W47.2) that we can outsource to for specific projects.
