The skill set includes strong backgrounds in machining, automation, welding, painting, maintenance, Engineering, 3D design, fixturing, tooling, and robotics. Machinability has the capacity to help develop and/or manufacture O.E.M. specific products to meet the end customer's need. Custom product branding is also available to match equipment color schemes. - 20,000 sq.ft of open manufacturing space (no building columns) - Large Fabrication area, with large cast tables for welding. - 44 foot long, by 16 feet wide, by 16 feet tall heated Cross Draft Pressurised Paint Booth (with 83°F Temperature Rise) - High-accuracy 5 meter long, 5-Sided CNC milling machine. - High-accuracy 98" long, 3-Axis CNC milling machine. - CNC Milling Machines and Lathes. - Dedicated area for assembling and testing large systems. - In-house Engineering.
