Since 1979, J-Marcs Corporation has supplied precision machined components to some of America's most well-known and demanding manufacturers. Located in 10,000 square feet of manufacturing space in the western Chicago suburb of Sandwich, IL, J-Marcs Corp. is equipped with a full complement of state-of-the-art CNC work centers and support equipment to accomplish the most complex milling, drilling, turning, and hard turning requirements in quantities from single piece prototype work to long production runs requiring Just-in-Time delivery. By strictly adhering to the basic principles of price, delivery, and quality (PDQ), J-Marcs has developed a significant number of long-term relationships with customers whose products are quite diversified and range from food handling equipment and earthmoving machinery to Tier I automotive suppliers. In support of the PDQ principle, J-Marcs maintains a sophisticated CAD/CAM system for rapid design and download capability, in-house fixturing, multiple workcenter More... operation by a single machinist, raw material inventories that match customer requirements, and finished goods inventories that support customer Just-in-Time demands. Selected for their machining and on-floor programming skills or their administrative skills, each member of the J-Marcs team has an acute understanding that customer requirements are paramount to our continued development.
