We can facilitate complete product manufacturing for virtual enterprises, delivering packaged product, ready for market. We specialize in high quality and dynamic prototypes as well as pilot runs of products we develop for testing, market assessment and capital procurement. We utilize CNC and various forms of rapid-prototyping to build parts and patterns. Urethane castings using our proprietary RTV tooling and materials for up to 100+ cycles from a single tool, which give you a reduced cost per part. We are not a high-volume RP service bureau. We produce only the highest quality prototypes that look, feel and function like production products.
