Falcon Fastening Solutions, Inc. is a privately-owned industrial supplier of fasteners and other class _x0094_C_x0094_ production components used in high-volume manufacturing assembly. Over 90% of the parts Falcon supplies are customer-specific, specialty parts. Falcon specializes in customized supply chain solutions that support lean principles in manufacturing to reduce cost and improve efficiency for its customers. Falcon's customers benefit from an expansive list of manufacturing sources, enabling them to consolidate multiple vendors as part of a total supply chain solution focused on reducing the total cost of ownership. Falcon's VMI customers enjoy a dedicated account manager who provides quarterly reports on their documented cost savings for that quarter as well as working with them on cost savings goals for the upcoming quarter or year. Founded 35 years ago, Falcon began as an industrial distributor to the thriving manufacturing facilities of the Carolinas. To meet the needs of its growing More... customer base, Falcon expanded the company_x0092_s services with its vendor managed inventory (VMI) program. Today, the Reliable Stock_x0099_ VMI program brings customer results of zero production down time for 4 years running and has allowed Falcon to shift from a product supplier to a true partner. In recent years, Falcon added two customer-based branches in the Carolinas and acquired Kentucky-based C&M Solutions, now Falcon Fastening Solutions, Inc. of Louisville, KY.
