Excel Connection is a custom manufacturer for a wide variety of products for electrical distribution systems started in 1986 by Joseph Marshall. The products range from single conductor wire to the design and manufacturing process for complex three-dimensional wire harnesses. Excel is committed to uncompromising quality, unparalleled turnarounds and exceptional customer value. Excel Connection offers cable assemblies, wire harnesses, lead wires, heavy gauge, Dow Corning and electro-mechanical assemblies for a variety of industries. Excel has invested in state of art technology that provides the ability to produce harnesses of over 400 wires and handle a broad range of lead wires for assemblies. Excel specializes in heavy gauge cable and can cut, strip, and crimp up to 777 MCM, meeting UL pull test requirements up to 1000 lbs. Our goal is to help customers by reducing overall costs, shortening lead times, streamlining time and costs in purchasing, efficiently managing inventories and providing More... production flow continuity with ECI M1 ERP operating system, downtime machine monitoring and interactive process scheduling monitors throughout the plant.
