Deaton Manufacturing’s Capabilities include; Flat pattern layout, CAD Engineering, Precision shearing, CNC Precision Sheet metal punching and stamping from 22 ga up to 1/4" inch Thk, Laser cutting up to 1/2" thick, Plasma cutting, Water-jet services are also available, DMS offers Precision CNC press brake Forming up to 10' long, NC Mandrel tube bending , and Non Mandrel tube bending; on Rounds up to 3" diameter, Rectangular, and Square tubes, allowing DMS to help your company with precision frame building as well as integrated metal assemblies. DMS offers CNC + Manual Machining. GTAW certified TIG welding, GMAW Certified MIG welding, Quantities unlimited: Prototype, Short run & Long run production on all material types: Aluminum, Brass, Bronze, Beryllium, Copper, CRS (Cold Rolled Carbon Steel). HRS-dry + P&O, Spring More... Steel & Stainless Steel, Titanium and more. DMS Supports all markets within the USA, Canada, and Mexico.
