Craig Technologies has engineering capabilities to assist with your product design through to complete tool construction. Our in-house tool and die capabilities allow us to produce prototype molds and complete production molds. Craig Technologies capabilities include the ability to process broad ranges of thermoplastic and thermoset compounds including many high-performance compounds such as Torlon® and PEEK. With molding capabilities from 50 ton to 400 ton, we can handle from 1 cavity to multi-cavity molds to meet your production demands. Machining of metal or plastic parts to customers drawings as well as secondary operations that may include hardening, plating, coatings, plus assembly and packaging are but a few of the many services we can provide to meet your needs for a complete product. Other capabilities also include drilling, tapping, slotting and inserting for balls used in valves and percussion mallets.
