Established in 1977, LHM Technologies Inc. originated as a tool and die facility. Its main focus was within the automotive industry, machining various automotive parts, as well as designing, developing and building dies for the production of engine and transmission components. As time progressed, LHM developed into a high precision machining and assembly supplier for the injection moulding industry. Present day LHM is headquartered in Vaughan, Ontario, Canada. LHM is an aerospace and defence manufacturing facility that employs approximately 100 people and is primarily retained to develop, manufacture and assemble various complex precision components.

In 2010 Automated Assembly Inc. was incorporated by Tiercel Technology Corp to manage the contract assembly and is vertically integrated to assist its customers who require machined metal, cut, and/or formed in repetitive equipment manufacturing, proof of concept, design for manufacturing assistance, bill of materials validation, complete work instructions, quality assurance test plans and competitive global sourcing.
