About Borke Mold Specialists, Inc. Borke Mold Specialists, Inc. designs and builds molds for plastics. We have 30 employees. The manufacturing area is 12,000 square feet. The types of molds we make are for vacuum forming, thermoforming, blow molding, twin sheet forming, Rotational molding. We also do the following types of items: Checking fixtures, Steel rule dies, Gundrill water plates, sandblast, welding, vacuum forming sample parts, pattern making We have CNC, pattern, and metal finishing departments. The CNC department has eight 3-axis machines and one 5-axis machine. We use MasterCam software for tool design and program the tool path. We can use most electronic files including igs, dwg, dxf, cdl, and parasolids.

Omnitool is a Precision Manufacturing Company that specializes in designing and building large thermoform molds and match metal trim dies. Utilizing the latest CAD and CAM tools available, in conjunction with large modern manufacturing equipment, we build thermoform tooling for all types of solid sheet and foam materials. We also provide full design services to develop thermoformed products and packaging.
