Facilities and Equipment Pegen is well equipped to meet the diverse needs of our clients with 15,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space spread over 2 facilities. Our machining facility houses 9 CNC machining centres (3, 4 and 5- axis), 1 multi-axis turning centre, 6 CNC controlled milling machines and 2 tool room lathes allows us to tackle the most complex machining projects. Our sheet metal fabrication facility houses a CNC punch, two large brake presses, welding cells for carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium and the supporting finishing equipment. Quality System Pegen Industries is ISO 9001:2015 certified. Our dedicated inspection department, led by an ASQ certified quality manager, conducts quality control at all steps of the manufacturing process.
