Sinclair and Sons, Inc. was started by Ron Sinclair in 1997. After working for Learjet for 31 years, Ron was caught in Learjet's downsizing and was laid off. Putting his years of knowledge to use, he started doing machining and welding from his garage. Sinclair and Sons, Inc. became incorporated at the end of 1997. With business thriving, Ron and Becky Sinclair opened Sinclair and Sons, Inc. in late 1997. In October 1999, Ron C. Sinclair, their son, came to work for the family business. Making it a true family business, in May 2000, Tina Sinclair-Blazer came to work and run their office. Since then, Sinclair and Sons has prospered. They currently have over 25 employees. They have grown to be a well-known, well-respected company with customers such as Cessna Aircraft, Bombardier/Learjet, Goodrich, Inc., Hiller, Inc and Nordam, Inc.
