Complex metal fabrication includes CNC angle lines, tube processing, plasma cutting, laser cutting, oxy-fuel cutting, punching, metal forming, machining, welding, Kanban management, kitting & assembly, precision leveling, laser welding, robotic welding, tube laser cutting, special profiles, metal sawing, blasting, finishing, painting and powder coating.
By design, all OMS plant locations are in, or near, major manufacturing hubs, such as Pittsburgh, Indianapolis, Monterrey, Houston, Indianapolis, Louisville, Greensboro, and Cedar Falls, allowing single day travel to coordinate project development and/or face-to-face meetings. Each location is ISO 9001: 2015 certified and contains a base package of equipment, with knowledgeable staff to support multi-step processing of steel plate fabrication and contract metal manufacturing.
