Founded in 1982, Welding Improvement has almost forty years of history building a solid reputation that you can trust. The core business of our welding and fabrication plant started by offering services to the railroad industry. These services included welding, fabricating, and repairing maintenance equipment for companies like Conrail(CSX) and Norfolk Southern. In 2009, under new ownership, we expanded our service offerings by adding new automated equipment such as a 4000W Trumpf Laser cutting machine, multiple CNC machining centers, and a CNC bandsaw with 16" dia and miter cut capabilities to the fabrication shop. Combining our Laser and Press Brake together, we are quickly becoming a leader in Sheet Metal Fabrication, with an extremely fast turn around time compared to industry standards.
