Facilities and Equipment Pegen is well equipped to meet the diverse needs of our clients with 15,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space spread over 2 facilities. Our machining facility houses 9 CNC machining centres (3, 4 and 5- axis), 1 multi-axis turning centre, 6 CNC controlled milling machines and 2 tool room lathes allows us to tackle the most complex machining projects. Our sheet metal fabrication facility houses a CNC punch, two large brake presses, welding cells for carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium and the supporting finishing equipment. Our dedicated inspection department, led by an ASQ certified quality manager, conducts quality control at all steps of the manufacturing process.
