Component Hardware is a small machine shop located in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. With a focus on multi-axis CNC turning, Component Hardware produces affordable precision parts. Started in the mid 80s by Charlie Cecil, Component Hardware Corp had three focuses: fastener and hardware resale, fastener secondaries, and metal spacer manufacturing. In 2001, Charlie retired and Component Hardware was sold to Brian Swanson. Since that date, we have focused on growing into a premier manufacturer of CNC turned products.
