RIFF_x0092_s exclusive computer-controlled Quality Assurance equipment ensures accuracy to ±.0001_x0094_. This is accomplished by inspection of holes at 1,000 magnification, with video edge detection. Verification documentation can be provided to confirm that the holes and hole pattern meet specification requirements. If a customer so desires, RIFF will provide samples to check for hole quality and material integrity.
RIFF also offers a variety of vertical machining and surface grinding services. Our machining equipment is laser-calibrated yearly to maintain accuracy to .0003_x0094_. Typical applications range from progressive die sets to jig boring to bolster plates. Our surface grinding equipment features automatic incremental down-feed. Additional services include engraving of parts per customer specifications and packing parts to meet customer requirements.
