Peters Machine, Inc. has been in business for 36 years and has been specializing in machining and drilling tube sheets and baffles for over 25 years. We have experience with many different materials which include aluminum, carbon steels, stainless steels, Alloy 200, 400, and 625, Hastelloy, Titanium, and explosion clad bonded materials. Peters Machine, Inc. is a service provider to assemblers, fabricators, and manufacturers of heat exchangers or other types of shell and tube vessels. Our services have been provided to the following industries and fabricators: heat exchangers, boilers, dryers, filters, desalinization, air conditioning, refrigeration, brewers, pharmaceuticals, and sieves. Our capabilities include working with hole sizes from 3/16″ diameter to 5-1/2″ diameter in thickness up to 10″ depending upon hole diameter and material. Face and Circumference machining is provided in up to 124″ diameter. To assure our customers will only receive 100% accurate products More... ready for your fabrication upon arrival to your shop, every tube sheet hole is pinned with a _x0093_go-no-go_x0094_ gauge for the exact tube size specified with the order. All non-ferrous tube sheets are also pressure washed with high pressure hot water before they are shipped. We have our own truck and trailer for expedited pick up and delivery of standard dimension material within a 700 mile radius of Decatur, Illinois.
