What we do Pegen Industries Inc. provides high quality, high precision machined parts, fabricated sheet metal products and assemblies to a wide variety of industries. History Founded in 2000, Pegen Industries has continually grown to become a leading machining and fabrication business in Eastern Ontario. We employ over 40 dedicated and experienced professionals. Expertise Pegen focuses small and medium volume production, collaborating with clients from the prototype stage to production manufacturing. We are adept at working with a wide range of materials such as aluminum, copper, brass, carbon steels and plastics, as well as tougher materials like stainless steel, Inconel, Invar, and titanium. We have a broad knowledge of plating and coatings that we deliver both internally and through key partners. Clients Through a commitment to strong relationships, Pegen possesses over 200 clients. We support a broad range of firms in the following industries: aerospace and defense, space flight, sensing devices, medical devices, optical devices, telecommunication, computer hardware, environmental and nuclear technologies. Facilities and Equipment Pegen is well equipped to meet the diverse needs of our clients with 15,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space spread over 2 facilities. Our machining facility houses 9 CNC machining centres (3, 4 and 5- axis), 1 multi-axis turning centre, 6 CNC controlled milling machines and 2 tool room lathes allows us to tackle the most complex machining projects. Our sheet metal fabrication facility houses a CNC punch, two large brake presses, welding cells for carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium and the supporting finishing equipment. Quality System Pegen Industries is ISO 9001:2015 certified. Our dedicated inspection department, led by an ASQ certified quality manager, conducts quality control at all steps of the manufacturing process. Our quality department is fully equipped and employs a CMM and vision system to measure the most critical tolerances.
