Four CNC turning centers, with 3½-inch through bar capacity, equipped with live tooling and C axis, allow us to efficiently handle almost any turning requirements. We are experienced in machining everything from plastics to tool steels, prototypes to production. We also utilize 4 vertical machining centers, including 4th-axis capabilities. OEM manufacturers, aerospace, electronics, automotive, and agriculture sectors have all benefited from our ability to deliver quality parts on time. Production runs, prototypes, jigs, fixtures, hydraulic cylinders to precision weldments are all a part of our expertise. We offer in-house heat treating for small lot items and also the ability to surface grind and jig grind all of your precision tooling requirements. QUALITY _x0085_ is paramount. We utilize modern inspection equipment along with various dimensions of ISO 9001 requirements and lean manufacturing to make sure our customers have the excellent parts they need when they need them. The E2 Shop system helps us to track and affirm timely delivery of your parts, while an array of CAD/CAM software is used to efficiently minimize wasted set-up time and assure that all parts are made to print. We are capable of machining parts to tolerances as close as a few ten-thousandths of an inch. SERVICE _x0085_ is personal.
