Description

Now featuring high-speed anti-electrolysis system. The AE system is designed to protect against corrosion, electrolytic deterioration and cathode oxidation of your workpiece preventing the deterioration of machined surface hardness. This helps to extend punch and die service life and to reduce the time required to polish mold inserts. When machining sintered materials (i.e., carbide) the cobalt binder material is protected from electrolytic corrosion, maintaining proper material strength and die life. AE provides protection against corrosion on most iron or steel materials and also aluminum and titanium alloys where surface oxidation and discoloration is a problem.
