Our fabrication capabilities includes: shearing, CNC turret punching/forming, laser cutting, punch press forming/blanking, CNC press brake bending, roll forming, tube bending, tig/mig welding, spot welding, grinding and polishing, sandblasting, pem hardware install, powder-coating, plating, assembly, and other sheet metal related processes. Our engineering services includes 2D drawing, 3D modeling, CNC programming, packaging and mechanism design (in both metal and plastic materials), structural analysis, consultant services in cost reduction and product improvement.
