Description

Gem Manufacturing produces precision deep drawn metal products, stampings and CNC machined parts. Across three facilities, vertical transfer presses and progressive presses are used to achieve complex geometries from all formable metals. This precise, repetitive process is capable of increased value and reduced variation. Formed parts are used across a broad range of industries including automotive (electric vehicles), electrical connector, capacitor, aerospace and defense, medical and commercial mining. To control cost, quality and to be more responsive, Gem is structured to be fully integrated with complete in-house design, tool fabrication, prototype and production capabilities. To further reduce cost and improve manufacturability, Gem collaborates with customers in early product development, invests in best technologies and maintains flexible, lean manufacturing capabilities resulting in complete and lasting customer satisfaction.
