Description

One Stop Shop - Our customers unique products require a tremendous range of requirements. They want parts ready to ship to their customer when they come in, so we handle not only machining, but anything else required to make compete and finished parts. We use two trucks daily throughout Northeast Ohio to route parts to all the valuable subcontractors in our region. We handle grinding, honing, wet paint and powder coat, welding, brazing, gear cutting, plating, heat treat, induction, etc. This includes a vast network or foundries, forgers, raw material suppliers. Our largest vendors are foundries, but also they are some of our largest customers. Our trucks are picking up raw castings and delivering machined castings throughout. Our partnerships are extensive. We work with our foundry partnerships to show their customers the machining support they have for their castings. Our casting supply network is an immediate source for our customers through Coleys. For example, the customer may have More... lots of sources but not any for dies castings, or ductile castings. We provide a immediate proven vendors the customer does not have to go out and find and go through the process of proving out. Our sources are all proven and approved. We are responsible for them, as well. Partnerships - It is a Cliché these days for companies to say their customers are partners. We are truly partners doing the things to help each other grow our business. We have customers who present us as their machining divisions, their partner. Many times they bring their customer to our facility to show how we work together and how we commit our resources as single source, and our equipment and quality systems, to support our customer's projects. We present as an extension of their business like we are a sister division. Our partners have invested in tooling to help us better suit their needs. They have put machines on our floor to run their parts utilizing our resources. Extensive Diversity- Diversity in the materials we process, the size and types of equipment we offer, as well as a knowledge base built over decades servicing and providing parts for nearly every industry. We regularly work on our customers most complex projects that other shops would no quote. Our range provides a source that typically would require multiple sources. We do small, medium, and large turning, as well as, small, medium, and large vertical and horizontal milling. Swiss and screw machine products. Reliability - At the end of the day, the customer just wants their parts and assemblies to print. Our quality and delivery system are second to none. We have dual Schedulers insure all outsourcing and customer deliveries are on time. And use the best people and equipment to check parts.
